I bought this Beverage Dispenser for a birthday party and used it one time and the spigot broke, which was really disappointing. Everyone loved the look of the beverage container but when the spigot broke we have to find other way to dispense the drink. I have not been able to find a replacement spigot for the beverage dispenser.

I bought two of these dispensers after seeing them at a friend's party. They are perfect, just a touch of class without being overbearing. Easy to set up and use, very portable and easy to store. The ice core keeps the beverages very cold. Terrific.

This is perfect for parties of 25-40 people! I was disappointed to discover that the entire spout is PLASTIC. It looks like metal, but very light weight plastic. I was worried about tightening the plastic bolt too much and breaking it because you have to tighten it very well or else it leaks. I would have given it 5 stars if some part of the spout was metal, but I worry each time if the pull in the spout is going to break off. It is a great deal for this price though!

I purchased this great beverage container for my home in Marco Island--What a fantastic container. I really like the ice insert that keeps the contents cold but does NOT water it down. I used it for several parties for lemonade and iced-tea, as well as mojito's! I, and my guests thought it is the perfect beverage container. I liked it so much that I purchased another one for my summer home in up-state NY. Again, was used for a "welcome back" "Happy Birthday" party, and was a great hit! I recommend this product to everyone who wants a large (3 gallon) supply of beverage on hand and doesn't want to keep replenishing. Happy Serving!!
