My husband was using Way too many paper towels....because when he pulled on one...two would come off and sometimes three!! With this holder...since it is very sturdy and heavy it keeps him from pulling more than one at a time! Which was my intention when I purchased this baby! Well done OXO!

I love this thing and so do my kids. When we first got it, unfortunately that meant lots of tearing off paper towels just to see if it works every time. It does work every time! You can single-handedly tear off one sheet at a time. Plus it looks cool and matches my kitchen. Can't go wrong with that.

Good towel holder. I don't think the lever on the side does its purpose of holding the paper for tearing. But design-wise is perfect. I love OXO.
