I order from Amazon all the time. I needed these chairs for extra seating in my kitchen. Saw these, price was great and they are similar to what I already had. They came with good packing and in a timely manner, but one chair must have been defective because the first time an adult (under 200 lbs) sat on it, she crashed to the floor. One of the legs had split near the seat. Other chair is fine. So, test carefully before you use!!Winsome Wood Windsor Chair, Natural, Set of 2

I ordered 2 sets of the Winsome Wood Windsor chairs and I'm very surprised with the good quality. I was skeptical about ordering chairs online, wasn't so sure how sturdy it would be. I received the chairs in 2 days in excellent condition and I didn't have to assemble them. Very happy with the chairs and looks very nice with my oak oval shape dining table.

My family is enjoying these wooden chairs. They're comfortable, sturdy, and they add to the decor at our kitchen table. They brighten the whole room.

When I found these chairs on Amazon, sold by Werfurniture, I was so excited. They seemed perfect and were advertised as fully assembled. However, when one HUGE box arrived from FedEx, even though I had ordered four chairs purportedly "fully assembled", I knew I was in trouble. The box contained loose legs and slats and seats with backs. Obviously, they were NOT completely assembled, or even partially, for that matter. The box did not even have the company name on it, just a person's name and address. At first I didn't even know what it was. I wrote to the company as per Amazon's instructions. Werfurniture never replied. What I wanted from them, since I did not get what I ordered, was a return shipping label for FedEx and a full refund, including shipping. I now have an Amazon A to Z claim on file for my refund. It is really too bad since the chairs looked nice, from what I could see. But I have never met a chair yet that assembled properly, and I have no intention of starting now by sitting on the floor just to make sure all of the screws and parts are there. I don't have the time and have no intention of hiring someone else to do it. So I would NOT recommend dealing with Werfurniture. False advertising is bad enough, although a common practice, but failing to respond to a customer's complaint is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
